It is not a course in memorised correspondences, and it is not a crash course in the Tree of Life. It is a quiet first taste of the real work: a way of seeing, a daily practice of your own, and a single inner journey.You need no experience, and nothing to buy. The week asks only a few quiet minutes a day, and it gathers around one old idea and one simple practice.Your seven days have three simple strands.A short orientation. A plain introduction to what this tradition actually is, built on a single governing idea, as above, so below: that one pattern runs through all things. You meet the Tree of Life, the map the tradition uses to hold that idea in order, with no names to memorise.A daily practice. From the third day you are given the Qabalistic Cross, a short, safe, foundational centring practice that takes two or three minutes. It gathers and steadies you, and it is yours to keep long after the week is over.One guided journey. Once in the week, when you have a still half hour, you take a guided audio journey called Gateway to the Stellar Temple, and step, in imagination, into an inner temple among the stars.
